Yes. Your deviceβs NFC signal can pass through most thick phone cases. If the phone has a metal case or an unusually thick case, you can also tap closer to the phoneβs NFC sweet spot (iPhone: near the top; Android: around the middle) to complete the tap. If it still doesnβt work, they can simply open their camera and scan the QR code. You can use it with confidenceβitβs designed to work reliably, so you wonβt have to worry about it failing.
On iPhone, NFC is enabled by default and canβt be manually turned on or off.
To use NFC:
iPhone XS/XR and newer: just tap the card near the top of the iPhone.
iPhone 7/8/X: open Control Center β tap NFC Tag Reader, then tap near the top of the phone.

5) The entire design and approval process is typically completed within 3 business days, so production can begin promptly.

Once you receive our mockup, please share your feedback as soon as possible. If youβre not satisfied with our mockup, please share your ideas and revision requests, and our design team will update it and send a new preview. Each product includes two free revisions, so please try to include all the changes youβd like in one message whenever possible.
