TekMark Card – Design Policy
At TekMark, we aim to make your custom design experience smooth, fast, and professional.
Design Turnaround
Our design team will send your first mockup within 1 business day from design@tekmark.store
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder in case the email does not appear.
Business Days: Monday through Thursday
(All timelines and deadlines are calculated in business days only.)
Design Process
Step 1: First Design (Mockup 1)
- Your first design will be delivered within 1 business day.
- If you uploaded a logo, it will be included in your design.
- If no logo is provided, we will create a design using our signature (default) style.
Step 2: Revisions & Deadlines
Your order includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.
Please review your design and respond with approval or requested changes:

First Deadline:
Submit your first revision request or approval within 2 business days of receiving your first design. -
Final Deadline:
Submit your second (final) revision request or approval within 4 business days of receiving your first design.
Step 3: If No Response Is Received
- If no response is received by the first deadline, we will proceed with printing and shipping the current design.
- If you submit revisions but do not respond by the final deadline, we will proceed with printing and shipping the latest version of your design.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before the design is approved/confirmed.
- Once the design is approved, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed, as production begins immediately.
If you have any questions about your design, simply reply to the design email and our team will assist you.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Because all TekMark products are custom-made and personalized, we have a strict refund policy.
1. Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)
We only offer a replacement or refund if your order has a verified issue, such as:
- Quality defects (printing or engraving errors, material flaws)
- Manufacturing defects
- Technical functionality issues
- Shipping damage (item arrives broken or damaged)
If you experience any of the above:
- Contact us with photos and details.
- Our team will review and verify the issue.
- If approved, we will send a brand-new replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund where applicable.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect details submitted by the customer (e.g., wrong logo, spelling errors, contact info)
- Failure to respond within the design approval deadlines
- Orders where the design was approved and sent to production
3. TekHub Subscription Policy
For TekHub Premium subscriptions:
- All subscription payments are non-refundable
- Customers must cancel their subscription before the next billing date to avoid being charged again
