All orders are processed within 5 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping within Canada
We ship all domestic orders via Canada Post or Intelcom to ensure reliable and fast delivery across Canada.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on your province.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Shipping to the United States
For customers in the United States, we use USPS International Shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.
Customs processing times may vary by region and are beyond our control.
Any applicable duties or taxes upon import are included in the price.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@tekmark.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
