Shipping Policy

U.S. Orders β€” Tariff Notice
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade tariffs, we have paused all design, production, and shipping for new orders to U.S. addresses.

Orders placed before 11:59 PM EDT on August 26, 2026 will be fulfilled and shipped as normal, at no additional cost to you.

Orders placed after 11:59 PM EDT on August 26, 2026 will be placed on a waitlist and will only proceed once the tariff situation has been resolved or an alternative has been found. There is no estimated timeline at this time.

If you would prefer not to wait, please contact us at support@tekmark.store to discuss your options, including cancellation and a full refund.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping within Canada

We ship all domestic orders via Intelcom or Canada Post to ensure reliable delivery across Canada.

Shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over $80 CAD
  • For orders under $80 CAD, a flat shipping rate ofΒ $6.00 CAD applies

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Shipping to the United States

For customers in the United States, we ship via USPS Ground.

Shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over $60 USD
  • For orders under $60 USD, a flat rate of $6.00 USD applies

Customs processing times may vary by region and are beyond our control. Any applicable duties or taxes upon import are included in the price.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@tekmark.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. For large or bulk orders, please contact us for customized shipping arrangements.
