Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipping every Tuesday and Thursday.
Shipping within Canada
We ship all domestic orders via Intelcom or Canada Post to ensure reliable delivery across Canada.
Shipping rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $70 CAD
- For orders under $70 CAD, a flat shipping rate applies:
- Intelcom: $5.99 CAD — estimated delivery 4–7 business days
- Canada Post: $7.99 CAD — estimated delivery 3–6 business days
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Shipping to the United States
For customers in the United States, we ship via USPS Ground.
Shipping rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $70 USD
- For orders under $70 USD, a flat rate of $5.99 USD applies
Customs processing times may vary by region and are beyond our control. Any applicable duties or taxes upon import are included in the price.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@tekmark.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. For large or bulk orders, please contact us for customized shipping arrangements.
